論公共關係的公眾利益觀 (The point of public benefit in public relation)

這篇文章來自中國的傳媒學術網,作者是孔祥軍。內容是探討再公共關係下社會大眾的利益。在現今社會常常會發生許多消費糾紛,大部分是投訴產品內容不實。無論是利用公關手法或是廣告播送的方式吸引消費者購買商品,常常會陷入事實與誇大之間的矛盾,若不用點手段製造話題引起注意,產品銷售量無法突破,但是卻也會背上欺騙消費者嫌疑。
從孔祥軍這篇文章中看到時間空間,從古希臘時期的公眾意識、到美國重視消費者權益…等等。都是在說明公眾利益是公共關係的基石,在做公關操作時要惦記著是從“人”的方向去思考,而非“產品利益”。否則會有被拒絕甚至被拋棄的局面。
