有為婦人生了五位兄弟，每個人都有自己的志向，老大決定未來要做一個做磚工人，老二決定要成為建築師…，老五決定要當一個評論家，大家都成為自己的目標，也都決定要好好地貢獻社會，於是就幫一位婦人蓋了房子。時間老去，大家也都紛紛過世，這五位兄弟也差不多時間一起去世，他們都上了天堂的路口，但是天堂的路口要兩個人一起才能進去，老大跟老二，老三跟老四，而老五就一人在天堂的路口等下一個上來的人，結果是當時他們幫她蓋房子的老婦人，老五就問他說你為什麼死？婦人以為老五是天使，就告訴他因為他看見有人在雪地玩雪，可是上頭有大風雪，但婦人根本沒辦法叫得這麼大聲讓他們聽見，所以就燒了自己的房子引起他們注意，救了他們，這時真的天使來了，天使說老五不能上天堂，但婦人幫她求情，所以天使要老五在門口懺悔，老五心想，早知道剛剛不要講那些話了。
