Arctic Melt So Vast It Unnerves Expert　
北極冰山融化加速，專家們苦思因應對策

摘要：
因為全球暖化的關係，使得今年夏天北極冰山急速的融化，在北極改變的速度超過所有的估計值，因此有許多的科學家與專家認為冰山在明年夏天很有可能加速融化，主要原因是北極在今年的冬天在嚴重缺水的情形下結冰，所以對於北極熊的生態環境具有嚴重的衝擊，許多專家目前正在苦思因應的對策，希望可以找到改善這樣的狀態。
許多科學家認為會造成北極的變化，除了有冰山融化外，還有冰山的移動，越來越多人相信氣候變化在這其中扮演著很重要的角色，根據報告指出，全球暖化的情形若持續下去，將會約有２萬隻的2/3北極熊消失在２１世紀中期。

目標對象：
全球暖化的問題越來越嚴重，已經不再是政府官員或是環保團體的責任，而是生活在這個地球的每個人的責任，所以目標對象為居住在這個地球上的人。

Summary:
The global warm has been created the weather change for long time, this phenomenon cause the greenhouse gas discharging to increase by people, so it has result the natural system impact for long time, it will bring seriously calamity for the ecological system in the future.

Target:
The global warm question is very serious in the 21 century, and everyone has to the responsibility for this question, and we have to think the solution way to avoid the problem increasing, so the target which I will want to give everyone who lives on the earth.
